Each employer adapts the interview and the questions asked to the company's requirements. The questions to be asked are determined solely by the employer and OVIVIEW has absolutely no involvement or responsibility for the type and content of questions asked to the candidate. The time counts according to the server clock, to prevent any falsifications to and from users. 3.1.5. After adjusting the interview, employers are ready to send an e-mail to the list of candidates of their choice to complete the interview and make the final selection. Based on the technical specifications of the platform, the employer determines the number of candidates’ attempts before the final interview as well as its expiration. He can also attend the interview after its completion, grade the candidate, comment and promote it to partners of his choice. 3.1.6. The employer can, through the platform, and in direct contact with the prospective employee, ask the latter for additional documents and supporting documents.

3.2. Prospective employees

3.2.1. Candidates have the opportunity to open the interview from the website using the link that has been sent to them by the employer. They can submit a complete and detailed Curriculum Vitae and an introductory video under which they present themselves, as well as any records of documents and supporting documents requested by the employer. 3.2.2. The interview can be completed on any device that has a microphone and a camera (PC, tablet or smartphone). The candidate records himself/ herself answering each of the interview questions until the time given to him/ her is over. At the end of the interview, the video ends up recording only its official responses. The candidate, if he/ she wants, may choose to see its full interview after the end of the interview, but without being able to modify it in any way.

4. Subscription, payment methods and refunds

4.1. You have the option to choose one of the subscription packages detailed in our website. 4.2. You have the right to unreasonably cancel your OVIVIEW subscription and we are obliged to refund the amount paid only after completing the relevant cancellation form on our website within a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours of your registration. Any subsequent cancellation of the subscription will not be valid and you will not be entitled to a refund. 4.3. It is strictly forbidden to record by any means the further processing of the video-interview of the candidate employee from the user. 7.5. Your use of third-party software or content received through OVIVIEW does not transfer rights, titles or interests to you. In addition, you agree that you will not use any third-party software or content made available to you through OVIVIEW except as expressly permitted under the terms of use or third-party license. If you do not agree with the terms of use or the third-party license agreement, do not download or use the third-party software or content. 7.6. In the event of a breach of the Intellectual Property Terms, you must immediately remove any material obtained illegally. 7.7. You acknowledge and agree that third party information presented to you through OVIVIEW is protected by intellectual property rights, trademarks, trademark services, patented or other proprietary rights and laws.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. You agree that you are solely responsible for all charges incurred in accessing and using the OVIVIEW website, services or any OVIVIEW applications (including mobile applications). 8.2. OVIVIEW has no responsibility for any technical problems that may arise to users when attempting to access the website and during this time and are related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure using the website. 8.3. OVIVIEW's website, services, or any of its applications (including mobile apps) may be accessed on third-party website content. OVIVIEW does not control any of these third-party websites or web services and is unaware of the availability, content, privacy, privacy policy, quality and completeness, whether or not there are charges. You expressly acknowledge and agree that OVIVIEW is not in any way responsible for such third-party websites or web services. Your interaction in any way with these third-party sites or web services is at your sole and absolute discretion and OVIVIEW has no responsibility for this. 8.6. If you are not the legitimate holder of the credit/ debit/ prepaid or other kind of card you use, OVIVIEW and its affiliates are not liable to the legitimate holder of the credit/ debit/ prepaid or other type of card used for any transaction with the website of OVIVIEW. If your unlawful behavior is revealed, your subscription and the services provided by us will be interrupted immediately and without notice, while retaining our legitimate rights in this case. 8.7. OVIVIEW and its affiliates are not liable in any way to you or to third parties for any loss or damage of any kind directly or indirectly related to the OVIVIEW website, its content, services or any of its applications (including applications of mobile) or intellectual property rights, delay in operation or transmission, or any kind of malfunction. 8.8. The OVIVIEW it is not accountable or responsible to you or third parties for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of its obligations under a contract, which has been caused by force majeure, on the basis of Greek law. 8.9. OVIVIEW expressly states that it has absolutely no involvement and responsibility in the selection of candidates, nor does it have any communication with them. 8.10. In no event will OVIVIEW and its affiliates be liable for any dispute that may arise between you and an employer or prospective employee, respectively. You agree that OVIVIEW is not liable for any loss or damage you suffer from any such dispute. 8.11. Under no circumstances is OVIVIEW and its affiliates responsible for whether or not you can find a job or a worker, as well as about the evolution of your contractual relationship as it is a matter that is entirely up to you. 8.12. For the avoidance of doubt, our obligations are limited to the provision of services and do not include any energy on your behalf or establish any partnership or joint venture between you and OVIVIEW.

9. Compensation

You agree to accept responsibility in case brought against OVIVIEW any claim or demand by any third party and to compensate for any costs or losses, including reasonable legal fees (including without limitation attorney's fees) arising from: a) your use and/ or connection to OVIVIEW, b) the exchange of any content resulting from the use of OVIVIEW to any third party, c) use any content downloaded from the OVIVIEW platform on your computer and/ or servers, d) violation of these Terms of Use, e) information you have sent, submitted, received electronically, displayed, printed, downloaded or transmitted through OVIVIEW, f) any misuse, worthy or unintentional, of any video (and/ or information on it) from you, your employees, your customers, and any other person to whom the information is provided or g) violation of the rights of any other person or entity, whether you are a registered user or not. You are responsible for your actions when using OVIVIEW, including, but not limited to, the costs incurred in accessing the Internet. In any case, OVIVIEW will have the right to choose its own legal counsel.

10. Newsletters

10.1. OVIVIEW sends newsletters at regular intervals. Updating is only possible if you choose it and for as long as you wish. 10.2. OVIVIEW is not responsible for the successful delivery of newsletters, although every effort is being made with the ISPs (Internet Service Providers) it uses. 10.3. Newsletters may end up in the spam folder, so please check regularly that they are not stored there. 10.4. If you do not wish to receive any more news emails, you can unsubscribe from the list by clicking on the relevant link in the newsletter, as provided by the GDPR.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

11.1. The use of our website is governed by Greek law and by the last European Data Protection Regulation, also called General Data Protection Regulation, alias EU 2016/679. 11.2.
