3. Registration and provided services
3.1.1. Employers, natural or legal persons, may use OVIVIEW or any other job listing website to receive CVs and other stakeholders' information described below. 3.1.2. Registration on the platform is either by entering username and password. We make no warranty and we take no responsibility inherently to any potential loss of access data happened to the user. In this sense, we strongly suggest to save and store the login data in a secure place. 3.1.3. Employers, after registering in OVIVIEW, have the ability to send emails to all or some of those interested in finding a job, inviting them to complete the video interview via the platform 3.1.4. Each employer adapts the interview and the questions asked to the company's requirements. The questions to be asked are determined solely by the employer and OVIVIEW has absolutely no involvement or responsibility for the type and content of questions asked to the candidate. The time counts according to the server clock, to prevent any falsifications to and from users. 3.1.5. After adjusting the interview, employers are ready to send an e-mail to the list of candidates of their choice to complete the interview and make the final selection. Based on the technical specifications of the platform, the employer determines the number of candidates’ attempts before the final interview as well as its expiration. He can also attend the interview after its completion, grade the candidate, comment and promote it to partners of his choice. 3.1.6. The employer can, through the platform, and in direct contact with the prospective employee, ask the latter for additional documents and supporting documents.
3.2. Prospective employees
3.2.1. Candidates have the opportunity to open the interview from the website using the link that has been sent to them by the employer. They can submit a complete and detailed Curriculum Vitae and an introductory video under which they present themselves, as well as any records of documents and supporting documents requested by the employer. 3.2.2. The interview can be completed on any device that has a microphone and a camera (PC, tablet or smartphone). The candidate records himself/ herself answering each of the interview questions until the time given to him/ her is over. At the end of the interview, the video ends up recording only its official responses. The candidate, if he/ she wants, may choose to see its full interview after the end of the interview, but without being able to modify it in any way.
4. Subscription, payment methods and refunds
4.1. You have the option to choose one of the subscription packages detailed in our website. 4.2. You have the right to unreasonably cancel your OVIVIEW subscription and we are obliged to refund the amount paid only after completing the relevant cancellation form on our website within a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours of your registration. Any subsequent cancellation of the subscription will not be valid and you will not be entitled to a refund. 4.3. In the event of a valid and timely cancellation of your subscription, we will refund your refund within six (6) months. 4.4 Differently to the reason expressed in point 4.2 of this document, we will not concede any refund, under any circumstances possible.
